I built Aurora Joy Photography because I know what it means to wait for something.
I know what it's like to watch the season change around you — and to desperately want someone to hold it still.
I photograph newborns, growing families, and the mamas who have given everything to everyone else and forgotten somewhere along the way to be in the frame themselves. I have been photographing Melbourne families for over 13 years. My training includes newborn posing safety, first aid, CPR, and ongoing collaboration with midwives and paediatric professionals — because the families who trust me deserve nothing less.
Every session is fully guided, beautifully lit, and designed to make you feel completely taken care of — because that's what I needed when no one was taking care of me.
